These terms are an agreement between you and FOBDROP (“we”, “us”), which runs fobdrop.com. They take effect on 26 October 2026. By using FOBDROP, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Two more documents fill in the detail. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. The Membership and Refund Terms apply if you buy a membership.
What FOBDROP is
The short version
FOBDROP is a free, independent toolkit for WARDOGS players. It is not made by, or connected to, the people who make the game.
fobdrop.com (the “site”) gives WARDOGS players tools, reference numbers, live game data and community features. The site, optional accounts, memberships and the FOBDROP Discord together make up the “service”.
FOBDROP is built and maintained by stoltzr as an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by BULKHEAD, the developer of WARDOGS, or Team17, its publisher. The Legal notices say more.
Early Access
The short version
Like the game, FOBDROP is unfinished. Tools will change, and some may break or disappear before the official release.
FOBDROP is in Early Access, like WARDOGS itself. Tools arrive one at a time, and each one shows its status: Early Access, In development or Offline. Until FOBDROP’s official release, any feature may change, break, pause or be removed, sometimes without warning. When something you rely on is going away, we’ll try to say so in advance on the site or the FOBDROP Discord.
Game numbers change with patches. Reference pages include source notes and evidence labels, and some values may lag behind the latest patch. If a number really matters, check it in the game.
Using FOBDROP for free
The short version
The core tools, numbers and references are free, with no account needed, and they stay that way. Use them, stream them, link to them.
You can use FOBDROP’s tools, numbers and references without signing in or paying. We will never put them behind a paywall. Memberships add convenience and recognition, never better data.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own play, as long as you follow these terms. Showing FOBDROP in a stream, a video or a guide is welcome. A credit or a link back is appreciated.
Accounts and sign-in
The short version
Accounts are optional. You sign in with Discord and can link Steam. We never see either password. Keep your Discord account safe, because your FOBDROP account follows it.
- Optional. Every tool works without an account. You only need one to pick a username, save setups, link Steam or buy a membership.
- Discord sign-in. You sign in on Discord’s own site. Discord tells us your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and nothing else. We never receive your password. FOBDROP briefly uses the Discord OAuth access token to request the approved fields, attempts to revoke it afterward, and does not retain it in the account database. Discord’s own terms cover your Discord account.
- Steam link, if you want it. You can link one Steam account, on Steam’s own site through Steam OpenID, so FOBDROP can associate your Steam identity with your account. The optional WARDOGS connection and Steam-data handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Steam tells us your SteamID, and we may read your public persona name and avatar. One Steam account can link to only one FOBDROP account. You can unlink it at any time. Steam’s own terms cover your Steam account.
- Your username. You pick a FOBDROP username when you first sign in: 3 to 16 letters, numbers,
_,.or-. It’s public and unique, and names that differ only in capitals or symbols count as the same. Username changes are free for every account, with seven days between changes. Your first pick does not use up a change. Your username-based profile link changes with your username; Airdrop custom links follow their own rules. Don’t use your real name or anything offensive, sexual, hateful, misleading or impersonating someone else, FOBDROP, BULKHEAD or Team17. A word filter refuses names it reads as rude, and we may change or remove any username that breaks these terms. - Your profile. Your username comes with a public profile page others can open, share and search. What you put on it (your line, choices and the socials you show) must follow the same rules as usernames. Airdrop members can also pick a custom profile URL, under the same rules; it works while the membership lasts and is held for 30 days after it ends.
- Socials. You can link the Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X and Reddit accounts you’ve connected to your Discord. FOBDROP shows only accounts Discord has verified are yours.
- Steam lookups. FOBDROP shows public WARDOGS stats from Steam for any Steam player, as Steam provides them. Don’t use lookups to harass anyone, and don’t scrape them.
- One person, one account. Don’t sign in as someone else, and don’t sell, share or transfer access to your account.
- Your responsibility. You’re responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has used it, secure your Discord account, use Sign out everywhere on your account page, and tell us.
- Leaving. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it also stops any membership that renews, but doesn’t refund the current period except as the Membership and Refund Terms allow.
Age
The short version
Anyone can browse. You must be 13 or older to sign in, and an adult, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy.
- Signing in. You must be at least 13, the same minimum age as Discord and Steam. Where the law sets a higher age of digital consent (up to 16 in parts of the EU), you need a parent or guardian’s consent to sign in until you reach that age.
- Buying. You must be an adult where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms on your behalf.
Acceptable use
The short version
Use FOBDROP to play better. Don’t hammer it, copy it wholesale, cheat with it or use it to hurt people.
When you use the service, you agree not to:
- Overload it. No scraping, crawling or automated requests at a rate that slows FOBDROP down for others, and no getting around rate limits, caching or blocks. A small personal bot that checks in politely is fine. For anything bigger, ask us first.
- Copy it wholesale. Don’t mirror, resell or republish FOBDROP’s tools, data or substantial parts of the site as your own service.
- Cheat with it. Don’t use FOBDROP with cheats, hacks, exploits or automation that break the rules of WARDOGS or Steam, and don’t ask us to build tools for that.
- Harass anyone. No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, sharing other people’s personal information, or sexual or illegal content in any community feature, including names, squad listings, suggestions and the FOBDROP Discord.
- Game the system. Don’t use extra accounts or tricks to manipulate votes, supporter lists, rankings or statistics.
- Break in. Don’t probe, scan or attack the service, or get around its security. If you find a vulnerability, report it privately (see Contact) and give us time to fix it. We won’t take action against good-faith research reported this way.
- Break the law, or help anyone else do any of the above.
The FOBDROP Discord has its own rules as well, and Discord’s terms apply there.
Your content and your ideas
The short version
What you save is yours, and we only use it to run FOBDROP for you. If you send us an idea, we’re free to build it.
Your content is what you create or save on FOBDROP, such as loadouts, squads, server-finder presets and anything you post in community features. You keep whatever rights you have in it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you and, for anything you choose to make public, to show it to others. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups, which expire on their normal schedule.
You confirm you have the right to post what you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Suggestions are the ideas, feedback, tool requests, bug reports and votes you send us. You give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, change and build on them, without owing you payment. We like to credit people where we can, but we don’t have to, and we don’t have to act on any suggestion.
Who owns what
The short version
FOBDROP’s code, design, writing and data are ours. WARDOGS and everything from the game belong to BULKHEAD and Team17.
Ours. The site’s code and design, the FOBDROP name and parachute mark, its written content, tools and calculations, and the datasets FOBDROP compiles, such as its own player-count history, belong to FOBDROP or its licensors. They are protected by copyright, database rights and other laws. Apart from what these terms allow, please don’t copy, adapt or redistribute them. Quoting a number or a short passage with credit to FOBDROP is fine.
Reusable assets. Original artwork expressly listed in the Models & Assets package manifests, including model thumbnails and catalog illustrations, is available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. You may share and adapt that artwork, including for commercial projects, with the attribution and change notices required by that license. Included generator source has a separate MIT license, identified in each package. The per-file package licenses govern those files; the site’s general copying restrictions do not override them. This permission does not cover other site content, FOBDROP trademarks, game assets, or third-party material.
Theirs. WARDOGS and its names, logos, maps, art and other game content belong to BULKHEAD and Team17 and their licensors. FOBDROP uses game names and terms only to describe the game and help players. We claim no ownership of them, and using them doesn’t mean BULKHEAD or Team17 endorse fobdrop.
Complaints. If you believe something on FOBDROP infringes your rights, here is how to report it.
Other services and data sources
The short version
Some of FOBDROP runs on, or shows data from, other services. We credit them, but we don’t control them.
- Live data comes from Steam’s official API, optional verified game connections and the licensed server-directory feed credited on the relevant pages. FOBDROP records its own Steam population history. Server-directory snapshots use the Wardog Servers feed and retain its source timestamps and required credit. Sources can be wrong, late or offline; unavailable values stay unavailable instead of being guessed.
- Sign-in uses Discord, Steam links use Steam, payments use Stripe and the community lives on Discord. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
- Links to official WARDOGS channels are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
Memberships
The short version
Memberships are optional. Their terms of sale have their own page, and Stripe handles the payment.
Paid memberships are covered by the Membership and Refund Terms, which form part of these terms. Memberships are sold by Stripe as merchant of record. If those terms and these ever disagree about buying, renewing, canceling or refunding a membership, the Membership and Refund Terms apply.
Disclaimers
The short version
FOBDROP is provided as it is. We work hard to get every number right and keep the site up, but we can’t promise either.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that its numbers match the current version of the game, or that any tool will win you a match. Nothing on FOBDROP is professional advice.
Your legal rights stay. Some places don’t allow these exclusions. If you’re a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you that can’t be waived, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
Limits on liability
The short version
If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited as far as the law allows. The limits never apply where the law says they can’t.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, matches, rank or in-game progress.
- Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid for FOBDROP memberships in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
If you live in the EU or the UK, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. FOBDROP is for personal, non-commercial use, so we’re not responsible for business losses.
If you break these terms
The short version
If you break these terms or the law and someone holds us to account for it, you cover the cost, as far as the law allows.
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and termination
The short version
You can leave at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless we can’t.
You can stop using FOBDROP and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close your account, remove content or refuse service if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if it’s needed to protect the service or other players. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first and tell you why. If we close an account for breaking these terms, any membership on it ends without a refund, except where the law requires one. If a membership ends for any other reason, the Membership and Refund Terms explain what happens.
Parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability and governing law, continue after your account closes.
Changes to these terms
The short version
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
We’ll update these terms as FOBDROP grows, and each change updates the date at the top. For a change that matters, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on the site and the FOBDROP Discord, and members will also hear by email through Stripe. Changes needed for legal or security reasons may apply sooner.
If you keep using FOBDROP after a change applies, the new terms apply to you. If you don’t agree, stop using FOBDROP and, if you’re a member, cancel before your next renewal.
Governing law and disputes
The short version
The law of the State of Maryland, USA applies. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live. Talk to us first: most problems are one message away from fixed.
These terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Maryland have jurisdiction.
If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us and give us 30 days to put things right.
General
The short version
The usual housekeeping that keeps these terms working.
- Whole agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Membership and Refund Terms and the Legal notices are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer. You can’t transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to someone who takes over running fobdrop. If we do, we’ll tell you, and it won’t reduce your rights.
- Events outside our control. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we can’t reasonably control, such as outages at Cloudflare, Discord, Steam or Stripe, or changes to the game.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If we translate them, the English version applies where the two differ, unless the law says otherwise.
