Building
- Click
- Place the piece in hand. It locks onto the snap point under the pointer, using the saved rules, and sandbags line up with the edge of whatever they sit on.
- Drag
- Walls, blocks, wire and sandbags draw a row. Long pieces turn to run along it.
- R
- Turn it a quarter. It stays turned that way and only locks on where it fits. Q turns back.
- Raised
- Point at the side of a block up to 1.7 m off the ground and the new one rises with it, on sandbags filled down to the ground, using the saved rule snapshot. The fill does not count towards a stack.
- Shift
- Hold to place freely, exactly where the pointer is.
- G
- Snapping on or off.
- Esc
- Put the piece down. Right-click does the same.
Changing What Is There
- Click
- Select a piece. Shift adds more, Ctrl+A takes all.
- Drag
- Move it. Whatever stands on it comes along. R turns it as you go.

- With a selection, nudge it a block at a time. Shift for a few centimeters.

- Remove it, with anything left hanging higher than the game would fill with sandbags. X erases by clicking or sweeping.

The supply reference uses the developer’s Season 02 construction costs, checked October 28, 2026, alongside two published game-data sources. Official patch changes take priority where an export still holds an older value. Suggested combinations are planning examples, not verified defensive layouts.
Found a wrong cost? Use Report a problem. Reported costs are removed from the totals until corrected. The cost audit records each value, source and comparison.
The planner uses independently authored construction illustrations, including Large Shelter, Wooden Step and MG Nest. The retained dimensions, snap sockets and collision data guide placement; the illustrations are not replicas of game artwork. A valid preview does not guarantee the game will accept a placement.
